A man was arrested and charged with felony assault after stabbing a former co-worker inside a luxury Financial District building Tuesday night, police said.
Cops said James Thilly, 33, stabbed a 36-year-old man after an altercation inside the Reserve Cut restaurant, located at 40 Broad St., a little before 5:15 p.m.
Thilly used to work at that location, police said, but does not any longer. He and the victim got into a dispute, and Thilly allegedly punched and then stabbed him.
The victim, who was not identified, was taken to Bellevue Hospital with a small puncture wound to the abdomen that did not require stitches.
He was treated and released, police said.
