The most recent incident occurred on Oct. 17 when he stole a 2007 Audi A4 from outside a Synergy Fitness on Richmond Hill Rd.

Steinberg is described a white male with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5-foot-6, 185 lbs. and usually wears glasses, police said.
