MBTA Commuter Rail will run a special train service between Boston's South Station and Gillette Stadium for the soccer match between Brazil and Portugal.
According to the transit system's website, the T has scheduled a train to originate at South Station and end at Gillette Stadium – with several stops in between – for fans coming to Tuesday's international friendly between the national teams of Brazil and Portugal.
This train is a reserved ticket train, with only 1,400 tickets available. The round-trip ticket will cost $15 and will be available at the MBCR ticket windows located at South Station. Regular commuter rail tickets and passes cannot be used for this specific train.
The train, which will depart South Station at 6:35 p.m., will also stop at Back Bay (6:40 p.m.) and Dedham Corp. (6:55 p.m.), before arriving at Gillette Stadium at 7:40 p.m.
