According to the Daily News, the system for the NYPD and emergency responders broke down Wednesday.
Screens suddenly went dark Wednesday afternoon, according to the newspaper, quoting an operator who called it “pandemonium.”
During the 12-minute crash, operators wrote down information by hand.
