An early-morning accident in the Lincoln Tunnel caused New Jersey Transit bus delays up to an hour to and from the Port Authority Bus Terminal on Wednesday.
Outbound lanes in the tunnel reopened at 9 a.m. after about an hourlong closure following an accident in the tunnel's north tube.
Buses were diverted to Newark's Penn Station and Secaucus Junction until about 10 a.m.
