No tassel turn for ID thief

Suffolk County cops traveled to New York City on Wednesday to nab a woman for identity theft and illegally withdrawing money from a Huntington bank three years ago.

Lisa Krapf, 44, of Staten Island, was set to graduate from a health aide training program at 1:45 p.m. at 1250 Broadway when police slapped handcuffs on her.

Krapf allegedly stole a Colorado woman’s identity and used that information to withdraw more than $19,000 from her Washington Mutual Bank account.
