Forty-three New York City schools made a doomsday list of from the state Education Commissioner yesterday as the most “persistently lowest-achieving” in the state.

Ranging from Harlem Renaissance High School on 128th Street to Sheepshead Bay High School in Brooklyn, the schools are at risk of being shut down if they don’t improve.
