A teen girl was discovered fatally shot in the head late Wednesday at a Queens house said to be used as a place to do drugs, according to officials.
Police found the 15-year-old girl, whose name was not yet released, unconscious and unresponsive in the Jamaica home on 106th Street around 11:45 p.m., police said. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The girl did not live at the home where she was found, according to a law enforcement official. A witness at the scene told cops that he and others have used the home as a place to smoke crack, the official said.
It was not clear why the girl was at the home. Police said no arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
The medical examiner will determine the cause of death, police said.
