Three armed robbery suspects broke into a Bronx woman’s apartment only to steal her money and and iPad, police said.
Cops are still on the lookout for the three men behind the Aug. 17 robbery, during which the unidentified suspects approached a 25-year-old woman in her Claremont apartment on East 170th Street.
At least one of the suspected robbers flashed a gun at the woman before they forced themselves into her home. The trio scoured the apartment for cash and the woman’s iPad before running off with the woman’s property.
Surveillance video taken at the apartment building’s front door shows the there suspects donning hats and baseball caps, keeping their heads down and obscuring their faces.
One of the suspects is seen in a beard wearing a tank top with light-colored shorts and a red Cincinnati Reds baseball cap.
Another is wearing a dark-colored T-shirt and khaki shorts. The third suspect is in a white T-shirt, dark shorts and a bucket hat.
Police are asking anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS or to submit tips online.
