Overnight repairs to the Queens Boulevard subway line have been canceled this week because of the winter storm, the Metropolitan Transportation Authority announced Tuesday.
Suspension of repairs will free up MTA personnel for snow clearing and cleanup following the major storm. Overnight E, F, M and R train service would have been impacted by repairs through Friday morning.

The next overnight closures will impact 2, 3 and 4 trains on the Eastern Parkway Line, between the Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center and Franklin Avenue stations in Brooklyn, from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. beginning Jan. 27 and ending the morning of Jan. 31.
