Pedestrian struck by MBTA bus on Arlington Street

A person was hurt today when he was struck by an MBTA bus on Arlington Street near Boylston Street.

A person was hurt Tuesday when he was struck by an MBTA bus on Arlington Street near Boylston Street.

According to MBTA spokesman Joe Pesaturo, the person walked into the corner of the bus as it was turning. He suffered minor injuries, Pesaturo said — a cut on the leg. The accident happened around noon.

The driver was not cited. The area was closed to traffic, and police tape lined theperimeter of the accident.
