Even though its AreaVibes score wasn't great (Philadelphia didn't score so well in the crime and education areas), its millennial ranking was high. The City of Brotherly Love got great scores when it came to public transportation, large single population and a healthy amount of parkland, according to the website.
They also threw in a relevant pop culture reference (ahem, Complex magazine) with "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia."
Earlier this year, Complex, a men's lifestyle magazine, named Philadelphia as the eighth most overrated city in the country. It cited way less relevant pop culture references (not Santa Claus and the batteries again...) in its post.
