Police say surveillance footage shows Sheaff, Mosley and Black take the wallet, and then using the victim's credit cards to buy $1,500 of gift cards at a Home Depot.
A fourth incident occurred Nov. 23. A victim's wallet was taken from her pocket book, which was on the bar next to her, at Rogue Gallery, at 11 S. 21st St.
