Philip Seymour Hoffman’s West Village apartment was put on the market this week, but the listing for the home now states that it has been rented.
The two-bedroom, two-bath home, located at 35 Bethune St. Apt. 4D, was on the market for $10,500 per month, according to the listing on Corcoran.com.
It is not clear when it was taken off the market.
The 46-year-old Oscar-winning actor was found dead inside the home on Feb. 2. The cause of death was ruled an accidental drug overdose by the The New York City Chief Medical Examiner.
Hoffman rented the apartment last fall, according to StreetEasy.com.
