Included in the prosecutor's report on the fatal police-involved shooting of Ibragim Todashev, who was linked to one of the two brothers accused of carrying out the Boston Marathon bombings last year, are crime scene photos as well as photos of Todashev just hours before his death.
The report, which was released Tuesday, clears the FBI agent who fatally shot Todashev seven times. The report concludes that Todashev launched a coffee table in the air, which struck the FBI agent in the head, and then dashed to the kitchen. He then allegedly grabbed a broomstick-like pole and threatened a state trooper. That's when the FBI agent, in fear for both of their lives, shot the 27-year-old.
