Police have issued an Amber Alert for a 7-month-old baby who they believe was abducted by his biological mother from an Administration for Children’s Services facility on Tuesday.

Mario Danner Jr. was removed from the facility located on Seventh Avenue in Harlem about 3 p.m., police said. He was last seen with his mother, Marina Lopez, 25, who was there for a supervised visit with him.

According to the Amber Alert, Lopez does not have custody of her son due to mental health issues. She is bipolar and “has had recent outbreaks of violence.”

She was last seen traveling on foot, possibly heading toward Shore Front Parkway in Rockaway, police said.

Lopez is described as 5-foot-7 and weighing 130 lbs. She was last seen wearing a pink T-shirt and floral shorts.

The infant was last seen wearing a gray T-shirt and black shorts.

The suspect may be driving a 1995 tan Lexus ES300 with New York license plate #GEX1377, police added.

Police are asking anyone who knows the whereabouts of Lopez and Danner to call Crime Stoppers at (800)-577-TIPS.
