A man with a gun held up a convenience store in the Harbor Point development in Dorchester over the holiday weekend.
Officers were called to Harbor Point Convenience Store just after 8 p.m. Sunday for a report of an armed robbery, Boston police said.
A witness told officers that the man walked into the store and showed a handgun to the cashier. The robber told the cashier to put money into a bag, which the cashier did, and then the suspect fled.
Police described the suspect as a Middle Eastern man who was wearing a fake mustache and a black hooded North Face sweatshirt, black jeans and white and black sneakers. He fled in a maroon car.
