Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer has some problems with 311: He says pothole reports are slipping through the cracks of the city’s complaint line.

Stringer claims 311 lost 134 pothole complaints his office sent since March, an alarming number, he said.

“It would appear that online 311 pothole complaints are, in fact, falling into a black hole,” said Stringer.

He demanded answers from the Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications Commissioner on the disappearance.
