A Randolph man was arrested Tuesday after a road rage incident left a driver he believed to be speeding down his street with a broken jaw.

Phillip Vasialka,30, followed David Bazer to a gas station after he witnessed Bazer speeding down his street, according to police.

WCVB reports that when 25-year-old Bazer got out of his vehicle, Vasialka allegedly punched him twice in the face, breaking his jaw.

According to Bazer's mother, he will need significant surgery and may never recover feeling in his lower jaw.

Vasialka was arrested and is scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday in Quincy District Court on a charge of assault and battery causing serious bodily injury.
