Rihanna's Diamonds World Tour concert at Boston's TD Garden has been rescheduled for May 6.
The pop star disappointed fans March 10 when she canceled a concert set for that night, citing a case of laryngitis. She tweeted fans that morning, saying: “(Boston) this is the hardest thing for me to deal with! I feel like we’ve been waiting on this day forever, and I’m hurt that I let you down. ... I hate disappointing people that never ever let me down!! I’m so embarrassed about this! Thank you for your prayers and well wishes!”
According to Amp Radio 103.3, "doors open at 6:30 p.m. for the 7:30 p.m. show, with rapper ASAP Rocky slated to kick things off. He’ll serve as the opening act for the duration of the tour while in North America, and when RiRi heads to Europe David Guetta will take over that role."
Tickets for the originally scheduled date will be honored at the gate. Tickets are sold out on Ticketmaster, the station reported, but can be found on StubHub.
