Around 3:30 p.m. today, Tim Roland was having a cocktail at For Pete's Sake Pub, a bar on Front and Christian Streets in Queen Village.

The building then "started shaking like an earthquake," Roland told a Metro Philadelphia photographer.

The roof of the pub — also home to apartments on the second and third floors — partially collapsed, reports say. Construction work was going on at the time, according to the Department of Licenses and Inspections.
