MEDFORD – Richard Neumann, a wanted Medford man, jumped out of a window at his home Tuesday when Suffolk County Police arrived to arrest him. The cops then tracked him and nabbed him in a nearby yard.
Neumann, 26, was wanted on a bench warrant stemming from an Aug. 3 arrest after cops stopped him for a minor traffic violation and saw him trying to hide drugs and a hypodermic needle close to where his twin 18-month-old children were sitting. He was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and driving with a suspended license.
