A state lawmaker has introduced legislation that would prohibit SEPTA workers from striking.
An unidentified person threw a brick at a SEPTA bus earlier Wednesday afternoon, officials said.
The Route 30 bus was traveling eastbound on Vine Street at 12:18 p.m. when the brick struck a window and shattered the glass, according to spokesman Manny Smith.
A passenger was hit with glass, but suffered only minor injuries. The passenger refused medical service, SEPTA officials said.
SEPTA officials said the incident remains under investigation.
