The New York State Department of Labor has issued “Spider-Man Turn Off the Dark” two safety violations stemming from three incidents in which performers were injured.

The New York State Department of Labor has issued “Spider-Man Turn Off the Dark” two safety violations stemming from three incidents in which performers were injured.

One includes stuntman Christopher Tierney’s accident in which he fell 30 feet during a preview performance. The other violation involved two performers hurt while rehearsing a stunt. No fines were issued, but the show will now be subject to random inspections by state safety officials.
