Suspects sought in robbery spree near Port Authority Bus Terminal

Police are searching for four men in connection with three robberies that occurred in or near the Port Authority Bus Terminal this month.

The first incident occurred Feb. 12 about 1:30 a.m. inside the passageway between the A/C/E lines and the Seventh Avenue line, when a 43-year-old man was approached by eight men. The victim was punched, thrown to the ground and kicked, police said. The suspects fled with his wallet containing his ID, debit card, MetroCard and $70.

On Feb. 16, three suspects approached a 41-year-old man who was walking on West 43rd Street about 4:25 a.m. One of the men choked him and threw him to the ground, and then all three suspects punched and kicked him before taking his iPhone, police said.

The same trio struck again just five minutes later. They approached a 32-year-old man who was walking down the stairs in Port Authority toward the A/C/E trains. As the victim approached the platform, the robbers punched and kicked him, then took his cellphone.

One of the suspects has been identified as 18-year-old Keanu Kemp. Police are searching for Kemp and three additional suspects.
