Swedish model Anna Maria Mostrom was declared brain dead on Monday, according to the Daily News.
Mostrom, 29, was riding her bicycle on Roosevelt Island last Wednesday when she was hit by a bus making a left turn.
The driver has not been charged with a crime.
Family said Monday they were hoping for a “miracle,” but preparing to donate her organs.
Mostrom appeared i the second season of “Scandinavia’s Next Top Model” in 2005.
