A teenager is accused of fatally shooting a Bronx man in Brooklyn earlier this month and stealing some of the victim’s outerwear, police said.

Malik Malone, 19, allegedly shot 20-year-old Brandon Burgos outside the Pink Houses in East New York about 7:45 p.m. Feb. 5.

Officers found Burgos, who lived in the Mount Eden section of the Bronx, with a gunshot wound to the torso. He was pronounced dead at Brookdale Hospital.

Police said Malone was arrested and charged Friday with second-degree murder, possession of a firearm and robbery for allegedly stealing Burgos’ down vest after shooting him.

The circumstances leading up to the shooting are under investigation, police said, but the New York Post reported that Burgos and a friend had planned to sell ecstasy pills to the gunman.
