Police have arrested two teenagers who allegedly attacked a man and tried to stab him with a screwdriver on a Bronx subway train Saturday.
The suspects, one of whom wore a rainbow-colored clown wig, approached the 45-year-old victim on a D train near the 170th Street/Grand Concourse Station about 2:35 p.m., cops said. One of the teenagers, wearing a black do-rag, punched the victim while the suspect in the clown wig tried to stab him with a screwdriver.
Jay Nelson, 17, of 1330 Morris Ave., was charged with assault. Malik Cruz, 16, of 1359 Findlay Ave., was charged with assault and menacing.
The victim sustained minor injuries in the attack, police said.
