Three family members arrested for bad behavior

Three relatives from out of town were arrested early Saturday morning for allegedly urinating on a car and shoving police.

According to Boston Police reports, Michael Beatrice, 28, of California, urinated on a vehicle outside the Liberty Hotel after being denied entry for being too intoxicated.

Michael, along with Nicholas Beatrice, 26, California, and Aaron Beatrice, 25, also of California, became verbally abusive to hotel staff, according to reports.

One man allegedly flicked a cigarette at a hotel worker.

When police arrived and arrested Michael for open and gross lewdness and being disorderly, Aaron and Nicholas allegedly began “pushing and shoving officers” and Aaron allegedly “delivered elbow strikes at the officers.”

The other two were arrested and charged with assault and battery on an officer resisting arrest.
