Two men were injured by gunfire in Southwest Philadelphia Tuesday morning.

The men were shot at 61st Street and Greenway Avenue about 4:30 a.m., NBC10 reports. They then drove about 13 blocks to get help from one of the men's girlfriend, who took them to a hospital in Delaware County.

It is believed the men were shot during a robbery attempt. They reportedly were shot in their shoulders.

It's not clear if anything was stolen.

The rear window to the SUV they were traveling in was shot out and bullet holes were visible in the rear bumper, according to the report.
