Valley Stream fire contained

Valley Stream. One hundred firefighters from four different units responded to an apartment building yesterday to extinguish an early morning blaze.

Four firefighters, one resident and one police officer were treated with minor injuries stemming from the fire that started at 315 North Central Ave.

The fire was deemed non-suspicious.
