Philadelphia police on Wednesday released surveillance video of two arson suspects accused of setting a car on fire early Monday morning in Port Richmond.
Investigators said two men were caught on camera on the 2800 block of Cedar Street shortly after 3:30 a.m.
They appeared to be checking the car doors of parked vehicles until they reached a car that was unlocked, according to authorities.
One of the men allegedly entered the car through the driver's side door while his accomplice acted as a lookout.
Shortly after the first man exited the car, its interior became engulfed in flames.
The suspects are described as two white males.
One man had dark-colored hair and tattoos on his arm. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and light-colored shorts.
The second man had light brown or blond hair and was last seen wearing a light-colored T-shirt and dark-colored shorts.
