Philadelphia police say a man used a knife to rob the 7-Eleven convenience store at 3967 Kensington Ave. just before 4 a.m. on Friday, June 28.
Police posted surveillance video footage of the robbery on YouTube on Tuesday.

The video shows the robber enter the Juniata Park convenience store and immediately approach a clerk. He grabs the clerk by his neck with his left hand while wielding a small knife in his right hand, then forces the clerk to empty a cash register for him at knifepoint.
The suspect is described as white, stocky and 5 feet 4 inches or 5 feet 5 inches tall. He was wearing dark makeup on the lower half of his face, and had on a red and black jacket, a dark cap with white lettering, sunglasses and blue jeans.
The suspect is believed to have fled the area in a red pickup truck.
