Pull up your pants, or take a hike.
Wildwood, N.J., officials last week enacted a ban on low-riding pants, jeans and shorts on its boardwalk, reports say. Trousers cannot hang more than 3 inches below the wearer's hips.
Shirts and shoes must also be worn at all times while strolling the pier.
Those who violate the ban chance a fine of between $25 and $100 for the first offense and upward of $200 for repeat offenses.
Community groups have called the ban unconstitutional.
