Lottery ticket holders in Lehigh, Berks and Philadelphia Counties hit the lottery this past weekend.

A Lehigh Valley lottery player hit it big on the last day of Februrary with a $450,000 score, lottery officials said. The Cash 5 ticket hit the jackpot on the Feb. 28 drawing after it correctly matched all five balls - 11-18-27-37-41 - for the win. But, of course, the winner still must subtract 25 percent for federal withholding.
