A Bronx woman allegedly stabbed her husband to death during a fight in a homeless shelter Friday night.

Patricia Nimmons, 55, was arrested and charged with second-degree murder and manslaughter Saturday after police said she stabbed and killed her 50-year-old husband.

Police found Nimmons’ husband around 9 p.m. Friday in a room the couple shared at a temporary shelter on Prospect Avenue in the Morrisania section of the Bronx.

Nimmons’ husband was stabbed once in the torso, police said. Emergency personnel took him to Lincoln Hospital where he died.

Nimmons was also charged with criminal possession of a weapon.

The cause of the dispute is still being investigated.
