With Christmas right around the corner, Many New Yorkers are preparing for one of the biggest Christian holidays of the year. Many restaurants and stores will be closed on Christmas Day, but most Chinese food restaurants and takeout place will remain open to accommodate those who don’t celebrate the holiday.

On Christmas day, there is a long-standing tradition for Jewish people to spend time with their families and enjoy great Chinese food in the city.

While you can always go to your local Chinese food spot at the end of your block, be sure to think outside the take-out box by considering these other restaurants that will be open on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
