Think that the Buffalo Bills players want head coach Rex Ryan fired? Not so fast if one prominent player’s latest post on social media is any indication.

Leger Douzable, a former New York Jets defensive end who left the team this offseason to re-join Ryan with the Bills (Douzable was signed by the Jets in 2013 and played for Ryan during his last two years with the franchise) is clearing on ‘Rex Train.’ He is having a strong season, his 32 tackles has him on pace for a career-high and he clearly loves playing for the man simply known as Rex. After all, there must be a reason why Douzable and so many former players have gone to the Bills from the Jets over the past two seasons.

The Bills are currently 7-7 and mathematically alive for a playoff berth but the vultures are starting to circle Ryan in upstate New York. If the Bills don’t make the playoffs, there are rumors that Ryan might be two years and done.

The Bills, a surprising 8-8 last year in their first season under Ryan, have struggled this year with an offense that has been challenged moving the ball. They last made the playoffs in 1999 and have had only two winning seasons since then.
