The death of a 3-month old girl from the Bronx has been ruled a homicide, officials said according to the New York Daily News.

Sherling Camacho had multiple injuries to her body when she was taken to Montefiore Medical Center on Jan. 10. Police had responded to a 911 call at her West Farms apartment that the child was having trouble breathing.

The infant was found to have a spinal fracture, broken rib and tibia, bruised femur, retinal damage and had past signs of abuse, police said.

Camacho died Monday morning after being in critical condition for nearly a week. On Wednesday, the city’s medical examiner said cause of death was blunt-force injuries to her head.

No arrests have been made in Camacho’s death, but police are investigating her father and 5-year-old-brother, who, sources told the Daily News last week, may have a personality disorder.
