A bodega clerk in Bedford-Stuyvesant died Sunday after a masked, armed robber demanded money that the worker refused to hand over.

Rafael Pujols, 49, died after emergency workers showed up around 6:30 p.m. and rushed him to University Hospital.

Cops released surveillance video that shows the robber — wearing a hooded sweater, face mask and gloves — aim the gun over the counter at Pujols.

The robber shot Pujols once in the stomach and fled on foot without taking any property or money, investigators said.

The suspect was described as about 6-feet tall and 275 pounds with a medium complexion and brown eyes. NYPD said he appeared to have bowlegs and walked with a limp.
