A four-story residential building collapsed in Brooklyn’s Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood on Tuesday afternoon.
At least three people were injured by falling debrisduring the startling collapse, which occured about 2:30 p.m, and was captured on various social media. The building, located at Tompkins Avenue and Fulton Street, was due to be redeveloped into a 47,000 square foot residential tower with 64 apartments, reported the Real Deal. Authorities did not immediately determine what caused the collapse.
