An NYPD officer is facing DWI and exposure charges after he was busted by a school safety agent in the Bronx Monday morning, authorities said.

Wayne Roach, 35, was asleep behind the wheel of a Honda on Bristow Street in Foxhurst at about 10:40 a.m. when the agent found him, court records said.

Roach, a Manhattan Transit cop who has worked for the department for nine years, according to the Daily News, was asleep in the car, but the keys were still in the ignition and the engine was running.

The agent also discovered the cop with his jacket over his face, and his pants down with his penis exposed, “in public view,” according to a criminal complaint. His car was sitting outside P.S. 134.

Roach allegedly admitted he “was drinking hours ago,” and had red, watery eyes, and slow speech. He refused to have his blood alcohol level tested.

He was arrested and charged with driving drunk and public exposure, authorities said.
