Darrelle Revis update: Jets ahead of Patriots in attempts to sign cornerback

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported at 4:03 p.m. that cornerback Darrelle Revis “is likely to be a Jet, per sources. New England still will make final push. Not over yet.”

The Patriots declined to pick up a $20 million option on Revis Monday, making him a free agent.

Revis spent the first six years of his career in New York with the Jets.
