The nearly $9 millionhome combines a traditional style with open concept spaces and modern finishes. The lower level includes a family/recreation room with a theater, bar, bedroom, gym, massage room and sauna.

But this is a Hamptons home, and the outdoor space is just as impressive. There is a patio measuring more than 3,000 square feet and 435 square feet of screened porches. The custom pool has a spa, and adjoining pool house with a bar, seating and dining areas, bathroom and outdoor shower.

According to a spokesman from Douglas Elliman, which is listing the property, owner Dr. Marc Lowenberg has arranged for artwork from up-and-coming artists to be displayed in the house in each room until it is sold.

Lowenberg, a cosmetic dentist, has reportedly worked on the choppers of celebs such as Julianna Margulies, Chris Rock, Russell Simmons, Narciso Rodriguez and the Rolling Stones.

A 2008 Gawker profile on the dentist quotes Lowenberg, saying that one famous person he would love to work on is Madonna.

“She’s at an age and a point in her career that I think she could benefit from teeth that have a better shape, are more symmetrical… I would definitely close the gap between her front teeth.”
