A mere couple of weeks after his retirement made headlines, Dr. Zizmor is now being sued according to a published report.

The Real Dealreports that Zizmor is being sued by the landlords of his former office building at 33 E. 58th St. for $56,613.66 in alleged unpaid rent.

Zizmor could not be reached for comment, according to the Real Deal.

Most New Yorkers would likely recognize Zizmor because of his campy subway advertisements for cosmetic procedures.

The ads always featured a picture of a smiling Zizmor coupled with a rainbow and a before and after picture of a happy patient, Metro reported when the dermatologist announced his retirement. The ads have been running on the trains since the 1980s.
