As part of a "Who Runs The World? GIRLS" wellbeing series, tonight the event organizers are hosting a seminar teaching attendees ways to workout at home using stuff with zero equipment. Even if you live in a teeny tiny walkup, you'll be able to go home and do the workout moves they'll be teaching.
