Success, these days, is being in the business of Japanese food and superhero movies. And the pop-up dinner beginning tonight at Ippudo Westside, the two come together in a Marvel-themed bowl of ramen. The Japanese ramen shop is distilling entertainment powerhouse Marvel into a limited edition soup, being served Feb. 25 and 26 to just 40 guests each night inside the upstairs “speakeasy” Ramen Bar hidden behind a door. The Avengers Interactive Ramen will include pork bone aged for three years as a nod to the legacy of Marvel, and organic chicken as good luck for the company to “soar” in the future, the restaurant explains on Instagram.
