A campaign grows in Brooklyn as Hillary signs HQ lease: Report

Hillary Clinton’s campaign is officially coming to Kings County, Politico reported Friday.

Ahead of any formal announcement by the former secretary of state’s rumored bid for the White House, a source told Politico the Clinton team signed a lease with One Pierrepont Plaza in Brooklyn Heights.

Current tenants includeMorgan Stanley and theMount SinaiBrooklyn Heights Medical Group.

At an event earlier this week with New York City first lady Chirlane McCray, Clinton demurred from any 2016 talk.

“All in good time,” she told reporters.

The move puts Clinton on a deadline to officially announce her second but already expected run for the presidency, with federal elections rule requiring 15 days between campaign activities and filing for a campaign activity.

Previous reports anticipated her formal announcement in April.
