A 31-year-old homeless man was arrested Wednesday after allegedly slashing a Dunkin’ Donuts worker in the Bronx, authorities said.

According to police, the man — later identified as Ronald Thompson — had been sleeping inside the location at about 5:30 a.m. when he was asked to leave by employees.

Moments later he returned to the store, cops said, went up to the walk-up window outside, called a female employee over and then reached in and slashed the 34-year-old woman in the face with a razor blade.

The victim was taken to North Central Bronx Hospital and required about eight stitches to close her cut, according to the New York Daily News.

Police caught Thompson a few blocks away and took him into custody.

An employee told the Daily News that Thompson visits the store every day and that workers have called the police multiple times to have him removed.

Police added that Thompson has been arrested 30 times before this incident.

According to ABC, he has been charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon for the slashing.
