They were kissing, an alleged Manhattan College rape victim told cops.

That was okay, the 19-year-old woman said.

According to a criminal complaint, 18-year-old Kevin Convery then demanded sex.

She repeatedly said no.

He proceeded to allegedly rape her, the NYPD says.

Convery is a soccer star and high school senior at prestigious Bergen Catholic High School in North Jersey, just across the river from Manhattan College , which is in the Bronx.

The Wyckoff, N.J., teen was charged and released earlier this week with rape, sexual abuse and sexual misconduct, the NYPD said.

Convery, whose brother attends Manhattan College, sources tell local ABC, is also a student at the school .

The suspect met the woman at a show in the college’s gym last month, according to reports, and then went to her dorm.

Video from Eyewitness News shows the suspect being led out from a stationhouse in cuffs.

In a statement, the school said: “The college provided immediate assistance to the student who made the report and provided assistance to the student’s family. Our immediate concern in such instances is the health and safety of the student and we continue to cooperate fully with the New York Police Department.”

Convery, who was the soccer team captain, is due back in court June 23, reports northjersey.com .
